Create your day in advance by thinking the way you want it to go and you will learn to create your life’s journey, your thoughts are very powerful, focus on what you want, where you focus is where your energy goes and most of what you want will appear in your life. If you can see it in your mind, bring it alive in your mind, live it in your mind, you are going to hold it in your hands and magic happens, you start to create your path, the path you want.
I had a beautiful rich childhood of adventure and exploring, I always say to myself let the joys of childhood and the power of imaginations travel with me through my life to put a smile on my face and joy in my Heart and spread this joy to everyone that touches my life.

Slow down take a Change and Meditate with Trees in Nature to Heal and Energies
We live a challenging and changing world where the overall pace of life has increased by 10% worldwide since the mid-90's. In some places, it has increased by 20% to 30%. Our environment, life styles and technological advances has created a collective sense of urgency in our day to day life. The immediacy of communication has informed our time perception. At present, ‘now' has become the new yesterday. As a result, we are left time-crunched, stressed, and overwhelmed. Despite the rise in stress-induced illness, we continue to pound the path in a furious race to our imaginary finish line.
This holiday season, take time out to slow down and spend some time with nature, fill your life with ease, fresh air and sunshine, let your heart sing out, give it time and space to let the clouds part and the sun to shine through.
Below is a simple and effective form of nature meditation with trees, try it out, your mind body and soul will be grateful to you for it. Do it with passion with your heart and soul in it, adding heart translates into increased care and genuine connection with nature and others and harmonizes the resistance between our own mind and heart. Adding heart in everything we do is especially about practicing kindness and compassion, along with forgiveness and latitude in our interactions and to ourselves. Adding heart increases the love flowing through our system, which can play a large part in solving the collective challenges of these transitional times.
Trees are the largest and most spiritually advance plants on earth. They are constantly in meditation and peaceful energy flow. As you connect with trees and develop a relationship with them, they can help you open your energy channels and cultivate calm, presences, coherence, vitality and healing.
The best trees for this nature meditation are large trees well grounded. There are certain methods to approaching, interacting with, retreating from and taking leave of a tree, to create a ritual of communication that you and the tree can understand. We will not cover that here, we will go straight into the simplified practice.

We all make new year’s resolutions with the best of intentions to make changes in our lives to improve our life, because we saw a need for it or felt a need for it. But research has shown the ~92% of all new year’s resolution do not take the journey the are supposed to take, they just cannot find the momentum or get to the finish line or they do not know how.
This new year, when you think of resolutions, think in terms of transformation, not in terms of change, because change is not a permanent concept, it is not a change in mindset, when you create change you are keeping open the possibility to revert to the old form, without you even knowing you are doing it, but when you transform, you create a mindset a system change that locks in the changes.
Take charge of what you want to achieve by taking the step towards transformation, you take charge of your mind, you acknowledge how you think and feel, you understand the process and why you do what you do and how you do it, you then create self-awareness and empower yourself to be in control. Your past experiences, thoughts, feelings, actions and habits are all influenced by each other, when you change one aspect, you create an environment that impacts on all the others and thus the decisions you make and the directions you take in your journey of life.
Deepak Chopra said that “When you make a choice, you change the future.”
So, what is transformation and how do we transform rather than change? In business transformation is a shift in the business culture of an organization resulting from a change in the underlying strategy and processes that the organization has used in the past. A transformational change is designed to be organization-wide and is enacted over a set time frame.
In one’s personal life transformation is a shift in our approach to our overall system by paying attention to our complete system, heart, mind, body, behaviours, the structures we create around us, the people we surround our lives with, the things and people we allow to influence our lives. When we take a transformational approach, we create shifts within us that improves our way of life, performance, capabilities, self-esteem, endurance and the ability to stay on the path we want. When a change is a transformational change it becomes, enduring and aims to follow a path moving forward always.

Transformational approach changes the level and depth at which we look and think about a situation.

Emotional Wellness is a process of understanding how we engage with our emotions and how that engagement effects our decision making process. It is the ability we generate through our connection with our emotions to identify and manage your own emotions and the emotions of others, in how we let it affect us. It is about building an awareness with the ability to identify our own emotions and those of others, the ability to harness emotions and apply them in a positive and proactive process, emotions are energy in motions, they are very powerful energy forces, once we learned to recognise them and channel them in the right frame, they become powerful tools of change management. This gives us the ability to manage emotions positively and have the power to regulate your own emotions and use that regulated energy to channel it in the direction we want to create positive vibrations within our environment and the people we come in contact with. The ability to bring happiness and calm, cheer and joy, laughter and love, building connections that create powerful recognitions, engagements to common goals, create understanding and common path ways. Emotions have a direct effect on how our bodies and minds work, emotions are our systems language of communicating to us to take notice of what is going on around us. Emotions control our thinking, behaviour and actions. So understanding our emotions and the emotional flow of energy and understanding how to recognise them, manage and cultivate them, is a powerful knowledge tool for self-development and wellness and healthy and happy relationships. The current environment that is effecting our economic and the contributing effect it is having on individuals and families is having an effect on the Health and Wellness within our community, families and workplace. The pressure on everyone to cut cost, job losses, financial difficulties, working long hours, worrying about job security, worrying about getting a job to make ends meet and looking after the family, to pay bills and put food on the table. These are difficult times for all of us.
