The Practice:
- Once you have chosen your tree, move gently towards it, stand approximately two feet in front of the tree, feel the field of energy from the tree, extent our arms out towards the tree with your palms facing the tree and fingers extended. Stand in this position with your eyes closed or open feel the flow of energy around you and between the tree and you, breath normally. Do this for 5 mins.
- Then move forward slowly and wrap your arms around the tree in a big hug, feel your radiant energies unite and lose yourself for a few moments in this bliss of union. Stay in this position for 5 mins.
- When you are ready gently move back feel at ease and thank the tree and give gratitude to whatever you want to.
Enjoy life and all the best for 2019 to your health and happiness.
