Taoist Energy Meditation is a meditation art based on gentle diaphragmatic breathing, body stretching, energy circulation and grounding. It consists of eight different movements called the eight golden treasures, each one designed to exercise and massage the internal organs. Taoist Energy Meditation is an effective form to energise the mind and body, to bring alignment and balance using a simple, gentle, but effective form that only takes 8 mins a day, it strengths the body, mind and spirit. Taoist Energy Meditation is a body mind integration system; in my Chi Nei Tsang practice I incorporate the Taoist Energy Meditation form in my teachings to my students. The Taoist system takes the concept that the universe is created through the interaction of two forces the positive and the negative, the yin and yang. No movement is complete in itself, it is always moving towards its opposites, example male and female, hot and cold, day and night. The end of one movement is the beginning of another. Life is not permanent, it is forever changing, move with the flow of change and embrace change.
