Chi Nei Tsang, talking from experience of having around 24 of them I must admit I was a little sceptical at first, but I listened and put my trust in to it.  At the beginning it was so painful with old emotions, toxins, negative believe, during the process a lot of old emotions and toxins came out and eventually after around my 6-8th session there was no longer no pain especially in my liver area which was unbearable. Everything felt fantastic. I felt so much lighter like a weight was lifted from my shoulder and so much more positive and knew where I was going in life. The reason for the Chi Nei Tsang was because I had a very bad accident a few years before which left me to lose 7 stone in weight and mobility had deteriorated. Wow, what a beautiful, caring, calming soul Teddy is.
Teddy has been treating me with Chi Nei Tsang where he has been concentrating on my abdomen for my long standing constipation issues where a balanced diet and lots of water did not have any effect. When Teddy worked on my abdomen it was extremely tense, as my muscles were very tight, tense and rock hard.
Over the sessions this has loosened and I can feel long term locked up emotions releasing and freeing from my body.
The last session Teddy introduced me to NLP techniques, which I found extremely powerful and has made a difference in my life. We worked on being a "confident woman".
