I have been practicing healthy living for many years, it is a way of wellness lifestyle. I have a variety of experience in wellness and different forms of body movements. The last few weeks, I have been trying out various movements to see what works best for me to help boost my immune system and energy flow, that is also very simple and practical for others to do as well. “Opening meridians to flow” I found to be the simplest and most effective.
Your hand meridians have 6 meridians. Lung, Large Intestine, Pericardium, Triple Warmer, Heart & Small Intestine.
Your leg meridians have 6 meridians. Spleen, Liver, Stomach, Gall Bladder, Kidney & Bladder.
The meridian exercise opens your lungs, your breathing, your meridians and encourages energy flow and in this process boost your immune system as well.
This is a very simple and effective exercise that you can do in your own home by yourself.
More details on the online sessions will follow.
“ENERGY” or “MERIDIAN” healing is one of the oldest healing processes in medical science. The Meridians are pathways or channels that form a network continuously linked throughout the body transporting energy as a way to heal inherited traumas as well as self-acquired ones.
“In every culture and in every medical tradition before ours, healing was accomplished by moving energy.” – Albert Szent-Gyorgyi, Biochemist and Nobel Prize Winner.

Good wellness to overcome chronic disorders:
The drug industry is worth half a trillion dollars per year and growing, they want to keep selling you all kinds of medications, because it is good business for them. If everyone looked after their health and reduced the need for drugs to stay healthy, we will be a better world. To the drug industry, there is no money in good health. Good health makes sense, but does not make a lot of dollars.
Chronic disorders can be treated with good eating habits and good health sense. Good wellness is the key for long term good health, not drugs. Look to a lifestyle change.

Quotes for the day:
Your thoughts are your powers within you that creates the force of direction for you. There is no force, power or circumstances outside of you that can be greater than the force, power or resources within you. As you have the power to choose and direct your energy where you want it.
Quotes for the day:
We live in a world that is moving at a fast pace, change is constant and our minds and bodies need to adapt to the moving environment, we need to understand that our mind and body are one system. Our minds change our bodies and our bodies change our mind. Think about this, how do you apply this and how can it help you move forward in your change process.
